Preliminary Finals

Both grades fought it out for a place in the Grand Final on Monday, August 1.

In A Grade, the Godfathers just got over the Magpies 6-5. As hard as Jack Bassett tried winning all his sets, sister Lucy and Marcus Angerhn just came up short.

After leading the comp for most of the season the Godfather's led by James Lee, Rob Browning and Noah Bye look the goods to take out the championship over the MWSC next week over John Wright, John Porter and Ivano Groom.

In A Reserve the Magpies were too strong for the MWSC who were missing regulars Sandra and Andrew Banks.

The Magpies go onto play the Hawks comprising of Dave Wilson, Dave Shell and maybe the injured Cheesy Cooper.

The winners here should be the Magpies with Tess Bassett, Hayley Bennett and Roxy Cameron being hard to beat.
